Job Summary
The Clinical Application Specialist is part of the commercial and customer success team and plays a vital role in designing and developing optimized solution architecture for organizations and the clinical end users of PopulationHealth products and services. As the go-to source for customers on first-line clinical queries, workflow optimizations, and training, this role drives the adoption and user configuration of products and services. The role also functions as a clinical subject matter specialist for internal teams and owns the feedback process from customers to development teams, helping customers understand and leverage acquired products and services, solving queries related to clinical results and workflows, identifying opportunities for feature development and product improvements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and conduct high-quality customer training (onsite or virtual) to maximize customer satisfaction and product adoption.
• Develop and conduct Train-the-Trainer training (onsite or virtual) for clients to enable knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Develop and conduct Train-the-Trainer training (onsite or virtual) for commercial partners to enable knowledge transfer to indirect customers.
• Drive and own the feedback collection, classification, and handover to internal stakeholders by conducting monthly feedback review meetings, quarterly review boards, and similar forums.
• Proactively contribute to sales enablement activities including product demos, sales training, marketing material reviews, and webinars.
• Actively contribute to cross-departmental activities related to product releases, quality audits, and/or research activities.
• Represent the company and participate in national and international medical conferences.
• Address clinical end-user complaints and clinical support inquiries to enhance customer experience.
• Log relevant customer interactions in the CRM and/or QMS system.
• Act as the advocate for current and future customers within the organization.
• Serve as subject matter specialist in your modality to internal departments including marketing, quality, and product.

Job requirements
Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a medical imaging/healthcare field (or equivalent level of practical clinical experience in radiology) required.
• 5+ years of working experience as a clinical application specialist in the medical imaging industry or related fields such as radiotherapy or pharma required.
• Competent clinical knowledge in diagnostic radiology required.
• Competent clinical knowledge of radiology workflows required.
• Proficiency in advanced visualization software.
• Effective educator, capable of translating highly technical knowledge into understandable clinical training.
• Proven ability to build and maintain influential customer relationships.
• Ability to support sales and marketing initiatives from a clinical perspective.
• Strong relationship-building and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work independently (home office) and as a team player.
• Superb verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects.
• Customer-centric mindset with a drive to understand customer needs.
• Collaborative approach partnering with sales, service & delivery, operations, support, and product teams for clinical success.
• Goal-oriented mindset combined with resilience in the face of setbacks.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Preferred: Experience in a CAS role in a radiology AI setting.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Suite, and Healthcare Applications/Products.

Working Conditions
This is a hybrid position in France.
Physical Requirements
This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel (~10% of time), drive a vehicle, and utilize other forms of transportation.
