Job Summary

The Enterprise Imaging Product Leader will serve as a leader in product management and execution. The Enterprise Imaging Product Leader will be responsible for driving product management functions by developing and communicating product releases and goals that align with the company's goals and market needs. This position will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure the successful development and release of products.  This position will continually gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to ensure the product meets customer needs, provides a competitive advantage, and drives innovation to create market-leading solutions. By applying professional principles, practices, and techniques, the Enterprise Imaging Product Leader will manage projects, requirements, and performance risks that steer the company's growth and validate its success.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

·       Develop and communicate product goals that aligns with the company's strategy and market needs.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product development and release.

·       Participate in market research and competitive analysis to identify tendencies and opportunities.

·       Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

·       Develop detailed product requirements and specifications, prioritizing customer-led needs.

·       Manage product releases, ensuring timely and successful launches.

·       Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.

·       Present product plans and updates to stakeholders, including senior management.

·       Engage with key customers and partners to gather insights and validate product concepts.

·       Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and training materials.

·       Monitor industry developments and emerging technologies to stay at the forefront of health tech innovation.

·       Coordinate with customer support to address product-related issues and enhance user satisfaction.

·       Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create value propositions, establish product positioning, and develop go-to-market strategies.

·       Formulate project/program plans in consultation with program management and product leadership.

·       Identify and manage product/program risks, developing scenarios to overcome them.

·       Ensure effective transfer and archiving of product plans and associated knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

·       Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant work experience may supersede education requirements.

·       7+ years in product management, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector. Relevant work experience may supplement the total years as a product manager.

·       A minimum of 10+ years of recent work experience in a regulated, medical device, or affiliated industry with an extensive understanding of processes and operating mechanisms.

·       Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment.

·       In-depth knowledge of workflow, clinical operations, and product development optimization.

·       Strong customer-centric skills and ability to engage with global teams and customers, with sensitivity to cultural and market differences.

·       Proven experience in driving product strategy and managing cross-functional teams.

·       Ability to synthesize complex data and make decisive tradeoffs.

·       Passion for improving healthcare through technology.

·       Excellent stakeholder management and ability to lead organizational change.

Physical Demands

This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
