Job Summary

The Enterprise Operations Product Leader is responsible for leading the strategic direction, product management,

financial performance, and innovation strategy for DeepHealth’s Radiology Operations Portfolio, which includes the

Radiology Information System (RIS), Operations Suite™, and associated workflow, automation, and analytics

products.

 

This senior leadership role will focus on establishing DeepHealth as the category leader in enterprise imaging operations in its markets and driving business growth by:

  • Defining and executing a unified, customer-centric portfolio strategy driven by deep customer insights, a focused value creation thesis, and the establishment of a sustainable competitive position

  • Leading portfolio product management activities that guide roadmap priorities, modular solution design, lifecycle planning, and market positioning

  • Leading lifecycle management and transition planning for legacy portfolio products such as eRAD RIS, ensuring continuity for existing customers while guiding portfolio modernization, installed base migration, and long-term support strategy

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Product Development, Engineering, and Population Health teams to deliver scalable, integrated, and differentiated modular solutions

  • Collaborating with RadNet to validate, refine, and scale solutions aligned to its business strategy and support enterprise imaging workflows, operational performance, and business goals

  • Driving business and product innovation through new commercial models, AI-enabled workflows, go-to-market strategies, partnerships, and cross-enterprise integration

  • Contributing to growth through M&A evaluation, portfolio integration, and long-term portfolio planning

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Portfolio Strategy & Business Innovation

  • Define and lead the multi-year portfolio strategy for RIS, and Operations Suite™ with a focus on expanding the addressable market and supporting strategic growth

  • Drive business innovation through AI-native solutions, modular configuration, scalable delivery models, and new market entry strategies

  • Translate technology trends, market insights, and customer needs into portfolio priorities and growth opportunities

Financial Targeting & Growth Planning

  • Establish and manage financial performance goals for the Radiology Operations Portfolio, including revenue, margin, and customer expansion targets

  • Align roadmap priorities, go-to-market strategies, and investment planning with financial objectives and market opportunities

  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy to maintain competitive positioning and operational impact

Product Management Leadership

  • Lead the product management function for the Radiology Operations Portfolio, ensuring alignment with portfolio strategy and business objectives

  • Drive prioritization, requirements definition, and roadmap execution in partnership with the Product Owner

  • Champion AI-first design principles and ensure AI-native capabilities are embedded into roadmap planning, product vision, and customer workflows

  • Collaborate closely with product, development, and implementation teams to deliver high-impact, modular, and enterprise-ready solutions

Lifecycle Management & Platform Modernization

  • Lead lifecycle strategy for legacy solutions such as eRAD RIS, including modernization planning, upgrade programs, and client transition initiatives

  • Ensure continuity for existing customers while evolving the platform toward future-state architectures and service models

RadNet Enterprise Operations & Strategic Partnership

  • Serve as the DeepHealth lead for enterprise alignment with RadNet, ensuring the Radiology Operations Portfolio supports their clinical workflows, operational performance, and strategic initiatives

  • Collaborate across RadNet teams to coordinate solution delivery, field validation, and roadmap prioritization across the portfolio based on operational metrics and site-level feedback

  • Ensure that deployments and platform evolution are scalable, aligned to enterprise goals, and grounded in measurable performance outcomes

Commercial Enablement and Marketing Support

  • Lead commercialization planning for new products and releases, ensuring coordinated cross-functional readiness across sales, marketing, support, and implementation

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to commercial leadership on portfolio value drivers, customer use cases, and market adoption dynamics

  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market materials aligned to portfolio strategy

Portfolio M&A Strategy

  • Participate in the identification and evaluation of acquisition targets, focusing on portfolio fit, market expansion, and product innovation potential

  • Contribute to strategic due diligence by assessing portfolio alignment, value creation, and growth opportunity across prospective deals

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in product management, enterprise software, or healthcare technology.

  • Completes job responsibilities in a quality and timely manner.

 

Physical Demands

This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

 

Working Environment

Remote. This position requires domestic / international travel up to 30%.
