Job Summary
DeepHealth employs people across 13 countries with main offices in the UK, the Netherlands, and Hungary. As we grow, our presence and employee base within Europe is expanding. For this role, we are looking for parttime support, reporting to our HRBP Manager, Europe, to help with HR Operations and HRBP activities in the Netherlands and across Europe. This position will cover a variety of day-to-day HR Operations activities as well as serve as an assistant in HRBP activities.
Please note: This is a part-time position of 24 hours a week for a fixed term of 6 months with a possibility for extension.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:
Employee Administration including supporting on-boarding, off-boarding, UWV notifications
HRIS data entry, running reports, and maintaining personnel files
Supporting Arbodienst activities and ensuring UWV compliance
Supporting HR policy drafting and acting as a point of contact for policy questions
Providing employees and managers with clear guidance and explanations on HR processes
Escalating complex and/or sensitive cases
Tracking of key HR dates and working with other departments to keep them informed
Supporting HR strategic initiatives
Supporting talent acquisition through resume screening, introductory interviews, and scheduling
Helping to build a people oriented culture within DeepHealth
Skills/Knowledge Required:
Dutch employment law basics
Dutch sick leave (Wet verbetering poortwachter) knowledge and experience
Strong attention to detail and follow through
Strong Microsoft Office (primarily XLS and PPT) skills
Fluent English (Dutch is not mandatory but is preferred, as is French)

Job requirements
Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience:
A minimum of 1+ years in a similar role within HR
A bachelor’s degree in a compatible area of study or equivalent relevant professional experience

Working Conditions
This is a hybrid position in the Netherlands.
Physical Requirements
This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel (~10% of time), drive a vehicle, and utilize other forms of transportation.

Salary
€26,000-€32,000 per year based off of 24 hours a week.
This position will initially be a fixed-term 6 month contract with possibilities for extension.
