Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Operations Paralegal to join our legal team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the growing field of legal operations within an exciting AI-oriented MedTech environment. You will assist in optimizing processes, managing legal technology, and supporting the US & EU legal team’s operational needs. This includes managing contracts in various repositories and through various cloud processes (including Ironclad, our current CLM tool), reviewing standard agreements, and corporate housekeeping. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and interested in the intersection of law, technology, and business operations. This role requires extensive communication in English with various stakeholders within the organization. The role can be considered fully remote (U.S. based), but the position requires extensive live communications with stakeholders in Europe, Boston and Los Angeles, so availability and willingness to work along multiple time zones will be essential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Contract Management
Upload, organize, and manage contracts, mostly in Ironclad, ensuring accuracy and proper categorization.
Assist in monitoring contract status, deadlines, and renewals (contract lifecycle management).
Collaborate with the relevant teams to ensure contracts are properly archived and searchable in the system.
Familiarity with Ironclad and other Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) cloud platforms
2. Workflow Management
Facilitate approval and electronic signature processes within and outside of Ironclad, ensuring proper routing inside and outside the Company.
Ensure signed documents are appropriately filed and linked to relevant contracts or records in Ironclad.
Provide recommendations for improvements to contract building workflows in Ironclad.
In due course: designing workflows for standardized contracts and other documents. To this extent, the candidate will be expected to be comfortable with applying “If This Then That” logic to workflow designs.
3. Training and Support on Ironclad
Provide training sessions to co-workers on the use of Ironclad, including contract management workflows and best practices.
Develop quick-reference guides, training materials, and FAQs to assist team members in navigating Ironclad to be made accessible on the Portal.
Serve as a point of contact for account creation, questions and troubleshooting related to Ironclad.
4. Agreement Review and Analysis
Review and edit standard agreements, including confidentiality agreements (NDAs), consulting agreements and quotations, to ensure accuracy and alignment with company policies.
Flag and escalate any non-standard terms or provisions for further review by the legal team.
Maintain templates and provide recommendations for improvements to commonly used agreements.
5. Corporate Housekeeping
Ensuring that corporate documentation for the DeepHealth entities are properly stored and kept up-to-date.
Updating to one archival system from numerous current systems (ie. Googledrive, OneDrive, etc.)
Familiarity with EU and UK corporate registrations would be helpful but not essential.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in legal studies, or a related field or 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
2+ years of experience with Contract Lifecycle Management systems.

Physical Demands
This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
Working Environment
Hybrid preferred, fully remote possible for the right candidate, must be on East Coast.
