Role Summary

The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing marketing communications programs that effectively describe and promote our products and services. You will be part of the marketing team, working closely with the Content Manager, Brand and Campaign Manager, Marketing Manager, and Marketing Director. The position reports to the Marketing Director.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create a yearly integrated Marcom plan, specifying required Marcom strategies, deliverables, budget requirements for activation, and timelines. This includes planning, messaging development, creative development, asset creation, and activation in the local markets;

  • Create, lead, and execute communication campaigns around, and for the industry events we are attending;

  • Work closely with other internal functions – including marketing, sales, legal, and medical– to create compelling marketing content across all platforms, channels, and geographies, ensuring alignment of messaging and brand positioning;

  • Create and implement social media strategies and campaigns;

  • Evaluate, select, and manage vendors that contribute to the production of marketing communication merchandise and collaterals;

  • Define, lead, and execute a multi-channel action plan to support sales in lead generation (social networks, emails, SEA, SEO, and others);

  • Create and develop marketing and sales materials required to support the sale of our products (presentations, brochures, newsletters, infographics, videos etc.);

  • Optimize the website/online platforms, and increase traffic and conversation while improving the customer experience;

  • In collaboration with the other marketing team members, conceptualize and create educational content that addresses our target’s top-of-mind issues and challenges;

  • Ensure adherence to the brand guidelines across all the organization and external stakeholders;

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key communications metrics to gauge the success of communications strategies and initiatives;

  • Collaborate with the product teams to launch new products or enhancements to the market; develop launch strategies and communications plans;

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in all product marketing materials and campaigns.

Job requirements


  • Completed university study in marketing, communications, or a related field;

  • Over eight years of experience in a marketing or communications role, some of which will have been delivered in a B2B environment;

  • Strong understanding of current and future social media and media concepts, strategy, and best practices on a global scale;

  • Affinity with the healthcare industry;

  • Excellent written and oral English skills, including demonstrated success and creativity in drafting video content, writing up event descriptions, copywriting, as well as submitting creative social and digital content;

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills;

  • A proactive, hands-on approach to marketing;

  • Great attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics;

  • Flexible and able to adapt to a changing and growing business environment;

  • Possessing a go-getter attitude, always up for new challenges and ways to tackle them in a timely manner;
