Job Summary
Supports US Markets Commercial Operations by keeping Salesforce data accurate, providing reliable reporting, and ensures quotes and deals are moving on time. You will partner directly with the NAM Commercial Operations Leader and work closely with the Sales Leaders in US and the Salesforce Architects. You will be the day-to-day contact for the NAM Sales teams.
PLEASE NOTE:
A successful candidate can sit anywhere in the United States however this role will provide coverage through approximately 4:00-4:30 PM Pacific Time. You must be comfortable structuring your workday around this window.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and improve Salesforce reports and dashboards for US pipeline, forecast, bookings, campaigns, and compensation inputs.
Maintain data hygiene across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and leads for the NAM business through regular reviews and corrections.
Provide the NAM Sales team with any Salesforce support as needed to effectively manage deals and pipeline.
Provide quoting support in Salesforce CPQ: quote accuracy, approvals routing, and pricing and discount compliance.
Follow up with NAM Sales teams on deal status, close dates, and required updates so the forecast stays reliable.
Update campaign leads and support the lead-to-opportunity handoff with Marketing.
Support the Commercial Operations Leadership with ad hoc analysis, NAM sales compensation data validation, and market performance reviews.
Log and escalate Salesforce issues and enhancement requests to the Salesforce Architects, with clear requirements.
Document reporting definitions, field standards, and recurring processes.

Job requirements
Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
3-5+ years in sales analytics, sales operations, or CRM reporting.
Strong Salesforce reporting and dashboard skills.
Working knowledge of CPQ and CLM processes (critical for this role).
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and data-quality discipline.
Clear communicator who can follow up firmly and diplomatically with Sales teams.

This position requires domestic / international travel up to 10%.
