Job Summary

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for driving exceptional service delivery in the healthcare technology space? DeepHealth is looking for a Systems Engineer Manager to champion our Enterprise Imaging and Population Health portfolio. In this critical role, you'll provide strategic direction and operational excellence to our Systems Engineering teams, ensuring our clients receive world-class support and our innovative solutions are seamlessly integrated and maintained.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Team Leadership & Development: Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to Systems Engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Oversee daily operations, manage scheduling, conduct performance evaluations, and provide guidance to ensure optimal team performance.

Strategic Service Delivery: Design, develop, and execute strategic plans for the delivery of technical services and toolchains across our Enterprise Imaging and AI product suite. This includes setting ambitious service goals, monitoring progress, and communicating effectively with Service and Installation Leads.

Customer Experience & Relationship Management: Engage proactively with Professional Services Project Managers during installation efforts to deeply understand customer business objectives and needs, fostering strong, lasting client relationships.

Quality & Operational Excellence: Implement and continuously refine service procedures and systems to enhance delivery efficiency and quality. Regularly evaluate key metrics to gauge customer service quality, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring consistently high service standards.

Regulatory Compliance: Maintain an understanding of regulatory compliance for medical devices, including FDA, ensuring all service activities adhere to required standards.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • Proven experience in Service Management in Medical Imaging or healthcare business.

  • Knowledge and understanding of Radiology, including; experience implementing and supporting RIS, PACS, as well as DICOM and HL7 device integrations

  • Strong knowledge of service procedures and practices

  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle and resolve conflicts (internally and externally) effectively

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Proven ability to drive the service process and adjust requirements as needed.

  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products.

  • Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Understanding of regulatory compliance of medical devices, including FDA, State or local authorities

Physical Demands

This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel (~10% of time).

 

Working Environment

Remote. This position requires domestic / international travel up to 10%.
