Job Summary
As a Technical Service Envoy, you will be responsible for providing remote support for customer systems. This support will include professional communication, technical troubleshooting, and constant learning. Work will involve both simple and complex issues, and the ability to manage time well will be necessary.
This role requires an individual who can confidently pursue understanding of an issue and is detail oriented. Success in this role involves dedication to professional excellence and a desire to grow with the team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues, preventing them from occurring again.
· Provide clear and complete answers to customer inquiries, educating where necessary.
· Perform software updates and maintenance when necessary.
· Perform paid On-call shifts to cover work outside of office hours.
· Quickly and fully understand new concepts and ask appropriate questions.
· Drive constant improvement, both for the company and personally.
· Build strong relationships both internally and externally.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
· Experience in customer service or support.
· Significant experience in technical service OR a technical degree.
· Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
· Experience in a Command Line Interface environment OR programming experience.
· Ability to work flexible hours as necessary.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Demands
This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
Working Environment
Remote, with potential need to travel to office once a year as required by management.
