Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned, globally minded professional to lead our partner ecosystem, focusing on distributors, strategic partners, and AI aggregators for the Population AI Health portfolio. The ideal candidate will build, manage, and optimize channel relationships to scale DeepHealth’s reach across key markets and regions. This role will be instrumental in expanding our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and delivering innovative population health AI solutions globally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Partner & Distributor Management
Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified global and regional distributors and channel partners.
Develop and execute partner enablement plans, including sales training, technical onboarding, and joint GTM strategies.
Drive revenue growth through channel partners and ensure alignment with sales targets and KPIs.
AI Aggregator Collaboration
Cultivate relationships with AI platform aggregators and integrators focused on healthcare and population health.
Negotiate and manage partnerships for embedding DeepHealth's Population AI solutions into broader digital health ecosystems.
Drive revenue growth through the aggregator channels and ensure alignment with global sales targets and KPI’s.
Strategic Growth & Ecosystem Development
Identify and evaluate market opportunities across developed and emerging regions with a focus on scalable population health enterprise AI solutions.
Collaborate with product, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to ensure localized success.
Serve as the voice of the partner in internal strategy discussions, ensuring solutions are market-fit and partner-ready.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Establish metrics and dashboards to track partner performance, revenue contribution, and customer success outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across partner management processes.
Lead quarterly business reviews with major partners and provide strategic guidance for expansion.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
10+ years of experience in channel/partner management, strategic alliances, or global business development within health tech, digital health, AI, or enterprise software.
Deep understanding of healthcare systems, especially population health models, value-based care, and public-private health initiatives.
Demonstrated experience managing global distributors and partners, ideally in regulated healthcare or government procurement contexts.
Familiarity with AI, data platforms, and digital health interoperability solutions.
Preferred
Experience working with international health systems, or national health systems, and the private hospital market.
International work experience.
MBA or equivalent preferred, but not required.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate ambiguity.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and adaptability.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and an eye for scalable solutions.

Physical Demands
This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel 40% of the time.
Working Environment
Remote. This position requires domestic / international travel up to 40%.
