Job Summary

The Vice President of North American Sales for the Population Health division is a key member of DeepHealth’s commercial leadership team. This executive will lead the go-to-market strategy, execution, and growth of sales across the U.S. and Canadian markets. The VP will be responsible for building and managing a high-performance sales organization, driving strategic partnerships, and delivering aggressive revenue growth in alignment with DeepHealth’s mission to revolutionize population health management through AI-driven insights and scalable technology solutions.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Sales Strategy & Leadership

    • Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the Population Health division’s goals and revenue targets.

    • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of regional sales leaders, enterprise account executives, and sales development representatives.

    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure market alignment and competitive positioning.

  • Revenue Growth & Market Expansion

    • Drive pipeline generation and conversion across health systems, partners, and large imaging and physician groups.

    • Identify and develop strategic partnerships and channel opportunities that expand reach and accelerate growth.

    • Ensure accurate forecasting, quota attainment, and overall sales performance metrics.

  • Customer & Market Insight

    • Serve as a thought leader and advocate for customers in the Population Health space.

    • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to inform sales positioning and product feedback loops.

  • Operational Excellence

    • Implement and optimize sales processes, tools (e.g., CRM), and KPIs to ensure execution excellence and visibility across the sales funnel.

    • Partner with the CCO, Commercial Lead and Finance to set realistic yet ambitious revenue goals, compensation plans, and territory strategies.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise healthcare sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams in the healthcare technology or population health space.

  • Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including value-based care models, risk-bearing entities, and digital health trends.

  • Experience selling to executive stakeholders in health systems, payers, and large provider groups.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong analytical orientation with an ability to interpret complex data to drive sales strategy.

  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Completes job responsibilities in a quality and timely manner.

 

Physical Demands

This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel 30-50% of the time.

 

Working Environment

Remote. This position requires domestic / international travel up to 50%.
